- Open a support ticket on the Client Portal
- Email [email protected]
- Or call us at 315-377-3003
- One of our support representatives will provide you with a remote support key.
- Type the remote support key into the box in the upper righthand corner of this page and press Submit.
- When asked "Would you like to start a support session with..." Press Yes to continue.
- Press Run or Install if prompted by your web browser.
